Lori Siegelman, Immediate Past President and Chair for Nominations & Elections Committee, announces the following individuals have been nominated to serve as Southwest Chapter Officers for the 2012 – 2013 Chapter Year:

President:  Jim Johnstone, current 1st Vice-President
1st Vice-President: Shannon Mitchum, current Treasurer
Treasurer:   Mark Cline, current Secretary
Secretary:  Stephanie Johnson, nominee for Secretary
Delegates:  Richard Bourlon, Russell Payton, Bill Propes

3 Meetings Remain

Monthly meetings have been attracting more than 40 members.  Only one meeting remains until the Chapter year closes at the end of June.

Suggestions Invited for Next Southwest Chapter PDC

Preliminary planning for next year's annual 1-day Professional Development Conference has already begun.  Ideas for a topical theme and/or possible speakers can be submitted, and, most importantly, volunteer workers are invited to step forward.  More volunteers means less work for any one member of the team.  And remember that local Chapter committee service is worth BCSP credit towards Continuance of Certification.
